HIGHTOWER EXPANDS INTO CONNECTICUT WITH THE ANDRIOLE GROUP
HighTower, the nation’s destination of choice for entrepreneurial advisors seeking greater independence and practice control, announces the addition of The Andriole Group to the HighTower partnership. This is the second advisor team transition HighTower has completed in the past two weeks.
The Andriole Group manages $700 million in client assets, and offers broad capabilities to deliver customized financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as their related businesses and select non-profit organizations. Founder Charles Andriole, CPM®, CIMA®, along with the firm’s other principals — Geoffrey G. Gregory, CFM, CRPC®; Robert A. DeLucca and Matthew J. Montana, CFP® — join HighTower as Partners and Managing Directors.
“Charles and his team put the HighTower philosophy into practice every day, combining their diverse expertise to help clients achieve their financial goals,” said Mike Papedis, Executive Vice President of HighTower. “More than just a cultural ally, HighTower is able to fully support sophisticated teams with the flexibility and freedom to grow their practice at every stage of its life cycle.”
Formerly part of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, The Andriole Group focuses on meeting the increasingly complex needs of entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals and families through in-depth capabilities in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, trust and estate planning, intergenerational wealth transfers, philanthropy, tax-efficiency strategies and concentrated stock and options management.
The team is the 40th to join the HighTower partnership since the firm’s founding five years ago, and is the first HighTower team based in Connecticut. In addition to the team’s principals, The Andriole Group includes Wealth Management Advisors Eric C. Hanson, CRPC®; Christopher P. McFadden and Alexandra J. Miele, CFP®, and Senior Client Service Associates Michele M. Arsenault and Carol A. Aragon.
“While the culture of Wall Street has eroded in recent years, HighTower has emerged as a beacon of client-focused financial advice,” Mr. Andriole said. “Their partnership empowers us to meet our clients’ diverse and complex needs today, while we build on our core competencies and develop our individual team members to anticipate and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the future.”
