Rockefeller Capital Management’s wealth management division recruited a top financial advisor and his team from Merrill Lynch, adding to its string of big hires.

Jones Wealth Partners joined Rockefeller in Columbus, Ohio, where Rockefeller is opening a new office. The team is led by advisor and managing director Sidney Jones, who has spent nearly all of his four-decade-plus career at Merrill Lynch, according to BrokerCheck, a public database maintained by industry self-regulatory organization Finra.
Jones has been on Barron’s Top 1,500 Financial Advisors list for multiple years. In 2026, he ranked No. 21 in Ohio and was listed as having $2.1 billion in client assets.
Jones Wealth Partners includes advisors Natalie Lariccia, Quinn Jones, Liam Jones, Dominic Corso and Stefanos Newman, according to Rockefeller.
