“If you want to know something about the industry or the organization, ask Shelley.”
If you ask Shelley, she’ll tell you that she’s always worked for strong, successful, driven women—and that’s a good thing. Because this New Hampshire native is strong, successful and driven as well, traits she credits to thriving in cold snowy winters and having strong parental role models. And she uses these same traits every day as the Director of Office Operations for Diamond Consultants.
The Syracuse University graduate previously worked for the Chauncey Group International (CGI) as a customer support liaison where she came to truly appreciate the power of communication in business. After CGI, she joined Princeton University where she enjoyed four years serving in both the Human Resources and Molecular Biology departments. Then in 2005, she answered an ad for an opening at Diamond, where she served the organization’s growth from the role of a recruiter on through to administration.
Everyone in the firm will tell you, “If you want to know something about the industry or the organization, ask Shelley.” Her experience and ability to “make it happen” helps keep everyone focused and moving forward.
When she’s not wrangling the day-to-day requirements of the firm, Shelley loves cooking for her two sons and husband, and enjoys long walks with her dog.
