Mindy Diamond’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 with the thought that those seeking change “deserved better.” This idea stemmed from her experience as a successful recruiter in the accounting field, where each closed deal felt more transactional than the last. Mindy wanted to do better, so when the opportunity to become a recruiter for financial advisors arose, she vowed to be different from her peers.

Diamond Consultants was ultimately born with Mindy operating out of her home with just a pad, pen, and phone, yet driven by a strong desire to help advisors find what she has come to call their “Best Business Lives.”

To that end, Mindy developed an approach that goes beyond recruiting, which serves as the foundation for the firm today: Working with advisors years before they’re ready to move, educating them on trends, helping evaluate economic models and understand their enterprise value, and creating a roadmap of options they might never have considered.

As Board Chair, Mindy actively oversees the firm’s vision, provides thought leadership, and counsels select top advisors who are considering change.

Mindy is often quoted by major media outlets and is a sought-after speaker at industry events. She created the award-winning podcast series The Diamond Podcast for Financial Advisors and continues to provide unique insights and host candid conversations with advisors, C-suite executives, and thought leaders in the wealth management space.

Mindy is the author of the Amazon bestseller, Should I Stay or Should I Go?, a book for financial advisors that provides a strategic thought process and roadmap for professional self-discovery when considering change.

Professional achievements aside, Mindy is a proud graduate of The George Washington University.

Despite her busy schedule, Mindy is involved with multiple charitable organizations and values time with family, travel, golf, and fitness, embodying a lifelong pursuit of excellence and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
