With more than a decade of experience in financial services, Vanessa brings a steady, informed perspective to an industry that continues to evolve. Her career began at Raymond James, where she held a range of strategic roles—including AdvisorChoice Consultant and Business Development Consultant within the firm’s RIA & Custody Services division. Along the way, she earned her securities and insurance licenses, as well as the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation.

Today, as a Senior Consultant at Diamond Consultants, Vanessa works with wirehouse, regional, and independent advisors seeking greater clarity and control over their future. Known for her transparency, insight, and genuine empathy, she helps advisors explore their options thoughtfully and confidently, always with the goal of supporting long-term success, both in business and life.

Vanessa takes a consultative, education-first approach to every relationship, empowering advisors to define their goals, assess the full spectrum of possibilities, and make informed decisions without pressure or agenda.

Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Vanessa now lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband, Ryan, and their energetic dog, Loki. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida and loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan, she enjoys traveling, tackling home renovation projects, sailing, golfing, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
