Dynasty Financial Partners hired an RIA coach in April, and now it’s dragging him out of retirement, handing him the controls of the ‘front-end’ and applying his advice to reboot the Mothership.

The St. Petersburg, Fla., software and service station for 52 RIAs and $80 billion of AUM named Andrew Marsh as executive vice chairman.

Louis Diamond, principal of Diamond Consultants, says that Dynasty seems to have the right goods at the right time from New York City.

“Dynasty seems to be hitting their stride. There’s limited options for advisors interested in owning and operating an RIA but with the outsourcing power a Dynasty can bring.

“Especially for those breaking away from a captive environment, the white glove support and service is often non-negotiable and a necessary component to get folks over the line.”
