RBC Wealth Management on Thursday nabbed a Chicago-area Merrill Lynch Wealth Management father-son team that managed more than $500 million in client assets, according to an RBC spokesperson.
John Birkhauser, the father, has worked more than 42 years in the industry, and his son Ryan has logged nine years in the business, all at Merrill, according to BrokerCheck records. They moved along with advisor Tabitha Kenney, a 14-year industry veteran, and client associate Cassandra Spindler.
