Independent Firm Marriott Wealth Advisors Joins mFORCE Capital via Sanctuary Wealth’s Partnership Program
Sanctuary Wealth had everything I was looking for—integrity, professionalism, a management team that had grown up in this business, modern technology, and a great open architecture platform. I told Sanctuary what my goals and objectives were, and they introduced me to a great partner in Brad Bruce and mFORCE Capital.”

A division of mFORCE Capital
A 30-year veteran in the wealth management world, Joseph Marriott came to a point in his career where he felt his three-person firm, Marriott Wealth Advisors, could be better positioned for growth and long-term stability.
The independent firm with $140mm in assets under advisement based in Hot Springs Village, AR, was founded by Joe in 2010 and specializes in retirement planning.
In conducting due diligence guided by Diamond Consultants, we introduced Joe to the team at Sanctuary Wealth and Brad Bruce of mFORCE Capital. Just last year, we facilitated Brad’s transition from Merrill to launching his independent firm in Fort Worth, TX on the Sanctuary Wealth platform. Brad’s decision to break away was driven by a desire to achieve greater freedom and flexibility in serving clients, as well as to take his practice to the next level via both organic and inorganic growth.
The introduction proved to be a “natural fit” all around. Joe and Brad, both native Arkansans, shared a “client first” mentality and approach to investing. In Sanctuary, Joe found a firm with a deep depth of resources and capabilities—plus the expertise to successfully navigate the acquisition process.
The acquisition was made possible by Sanctuary Wealth’s Partnership Program, which allows Sanctuary to make highly targeted acquisitions on behalf of its partner firms, by supplying capital while taking only a minority stake in the acquired practice.
Diamond Consultants is pleased to have represented both Joe and Brad and looks forward to hearing more about their journeys in the future.
